Support: which channel, and what to write
Before anything else, one distinction that saves time. richroyalcasino.biz is an information portal and cannot see your account, release a withdrawal or restore access. Anything touching a balance, a document or a login goes to the operator's help desk. Anything about a figure on these pages being wrong comes here.
The channels and what each is good for
| Channel | Availability | Suited to | Poorly suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Round the clock, in German and English | Quick questions, cashier status, bonus eligibility | Anything requiring documents or a written record |
| Round the clock intake, answered in hours | Verification, disputes, attachments, anything you may need to quote later | Urgent access problems | |
| Help centre articles | Always | Standard questions on limits, deadlines and document formats | Anything specific to one account |
The rule of thumb: if the answer might matter in three weeks, put it in email. Chat windows close, chat transcripts get lost with a browser session, and a dispute body will ask for correspondence rather than recollection.
What a first message should contain
- The account identifier or the registered email address — not the password, which no legitimate agent will ever request.
- The date and time of the event, including the time zone if you are writing from outside Central European Time.
- The exact amount and the payment route involved.
- A screenshot of the cashier entry or the error message, uncropped.
- One clearly stated request: release the payout, restore access, explain the deduction.
A message containing those five items is usually answered once. A message containing a complaint and no reference number generates three rounds of clarification before anyone can look anything up.
Realistic timing
Chat connects within minutes at ordinary hours and takes longer on weekend evenings, when European traffic peaks. Email acknowledgements arrive within a working day and substantive answers usually within two to three. Requests that involve compliance — identity checks, source-of-funds questions, an account frozen mid-review — run on their own clock: the operator budgets up to 24 hours for reviewing a withdrawal request and up to 48 hours the first time, when verification runs alongside it. A delay inside those windows is the process working, not the process failing. The mechanics are set out under withdrawals.
The questions support receives most often
Which documents are accepted? An identity document photographed in colour, uncropped, with all four corners visible, plus a proof of address dated within the last few months. Depending on the payment route, a statement or wallet screenshot showing the account in your own name.
Why was a bonus removed? Almost always a round staked above the 5 euro cap while the bonus was active, or play in a category contributing 10 percent rather than 100. Both are in the terms; both are explained under bonus terms.
Why can I not withdraw to paysafecard? A prepaid voucher moves value in one direction only. The return leg needs a bank account for SEPA or a Skrill wallet, as described under payments.
How do I set a deposit limit? In the account's responsible-play settings. Tightening applies immediately, loosening is subject to a waiting period; the full list of controls is under limits and self-exclusion.
If support does not resolve it
The escalation path — a written internal complaint first, then the dispute body attached to the operator's licence — is described under complaints. It also explains why Germany's joint gambling authority is not part of that path for this operator: supervision follows the whitelist, and Richroyal is not on it. Knowing where the ladder ends is part of knowing what an account here is worth.
Two things worth knowing about any help desk
No agent needs your password, and any message asking for one is not from the operator. And an agent who cannot answer is not a conspiracy — compliance decisions are made by a separate department that does not speak to customers directly, which is frustrating but also the reason such decisions cannot be argued out of a chat window.
